Valco Melton offers high-pressure cold glue hoses to meet the needs of your gluing system. Hoses are available in a wide range of sizes and can be cut-to-length to meet your gluing system requirements. Valco Melton high-pressure cold glue hoses features braided stainless steel with JIC tube fittings and a Teflon core inside. An alternative, low cost cold glue hose is available and features reinforced vinyl tubing. Hoses are also cut-to-length in the field to provide a much cleaner installation than fixed length hose assemblies. Reinforced vinyl tubing hoses and fittings are rated for up to 200 psi and used with 1:1 ratio diaphragm pumps and tanks.
