ClearCut Series hot melt guns are designed for intermittent applications in wood sealing and edgebanding processes. Enclosed adhesive application systems prevent adhesive degradation associated with previously existing roller systems, which makes them the ideal solution for working with PUR. By controlling the exact amount and placement of the adhesive on the board, the glue excess commonly found on board edges when using roller systems is completely eliminated.

Compact Footprint Design Options

The limited installation space available on certain edgebander models requires a different applicator format. Together with ClearCut Standard version, Valco Melton offers:
• ClearCut Slim: its module positioning reduces the overall applicator dimensions
• ClearCut Zero: the adhesive nozzle is placed at the front of the applicator instead of the side
