Roof Panel Assembly

When assembling roof panels, headliners are often held in place by spraying or coating adhesives, including hot melts and cold glues.  Sunroofs also require hot melt or sealants which are applied using automated or manual dispensing equipment.

On an automated line (robot/conveyor), hot melt or cold adhesive spray and extrusion technology mounted.  Adhesive and sealant applications including electronic applications, fixture and plastic trim attachment are common, but there are numerous other applications for adhesive and sealants in component manufacturing.
